Overview
The Nike Blazer first appeared in 1973 as a basketball shoe and became a skate and lifestyle classic. Off-White, the label founded by the late Virgil Abloh, reworked it as part of its influential collaborations with Nike.
Description
The Off-White x Nike Blazer Low "White University Red" released on 8 April 2022 and shows Virgil Abloh's deconstructed take on the classic. Extra yellow cord lacing snakes across the white leather upper, which features a series of circular cut-outs and a University Red Swoosh. Woven "Nike Off" tags sit on exposed foam tongues, and Off-White's signature screen-printed text runs along the inner side. The textured rubber midsole has a vintage pre-yellowed finish, broken up by a moulded yellow piece that extends past the heel. A collector's pair that still wears easily with simple denim or trackpants. Every pair is checked for authenticity before it ships, and shipping is free on every NZ order.
