Yes. Sizing guides from GOAT, PUSHAS, Stadium Goods, Woovin and Hibbett all land on the same answer: the Air Jordan 1 fits true to size, whichever height you buy. Jordan Brand is part of Nike, so Jordan sizing is Nike sizing. If you know your size in a Nike runner or a Dunk, that is your starting point for a Jordan 1.
People sometimes ask whether Jordan 1s run small because a brand-new pair can feel tight. That tightness comes from stiff leather around the toe and ankle, not from a short shoe. Woovin and PUSHAS both say the leather softens and moulds to your foot after a few wears. If your toes have room at the front and the sides feel firm, you have the right size.

Jordan 1 High vs Mid vs Low: does the size change?
No. Stadium Goods, GOAT, Woovin and Hibbett all say the High, Mid and Low share the same sizing, and PUSHAS puts it neatly: the cut changes volume, not length. A High or Mid has more collar and padding around the ankle, so it feels more contained than a Low in the same size. That is a feel difference, not a reason to change size.

Jordan 1 sizing for wide feet
Go up half a size. This is the most consistent advice across every source we checked: GOAT, PUSHAS, Woovin, Hibbett and Captain Creps all recommend a half size up for wide feet. It adds room across the toe box without making the heel loose.
Before you size up, try two easy fixes. Loosen the laces through the forefoot, and swap thick socks for thinner ones. PUSHAS notes thick socks take up about half a size on their own. If the pair still pinches across the little toe, the half size up is the right call.
Jordan 1 sizing for narrow feet
Stay true to size, or go down half a size if you like a locked-in fit. GOAT and Hibbett both say narrow-footed buyers can drop half a size. The Jordan 1's lacing runs high up the foot, so most narrow feet are fine in their usual size with the laces pulled a little tighter.
Do Travis Scott Jordan 1s fit differently?
No. Travis Scott Jordan 1s use the standard Jordan 1 shape. Woovin says the Travis Scott Jordan 1 Low line fits true to size for most wearers, and the sneaker fans interviewed in Farfetch's Travis Scott sizing guide say the same for both the Low OG and the High. Women's Jordan 1 sizing
Women's Jordan 1s fit true to size. Nike's men's and women's sizes sit exactly 1.5 apart, so add 1.5 to a men's size to get the women's equivalent (men's 8 = women's 9.5), or subtract 1.5 to go the other way. GOAT and PUSHAS both use this 1.5 step. Men buying a women's-only colourway should take their men's size plus 1.5.

How to measure your foot (cm)
- Tape a sheet of paper to a hard floor against a wall, ideally in the afternoon when feet are at their largest.
- Stand on it with your heel against the wall and your weight even.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
- Repeat with the other foot and use the longer measurement.
- Match it to the foot length column in the chart above. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
