Return Details

We can offer a size exchange depending on stock availability or a return for store credit.

Any return request must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Please include the order number and the reason for return and our team will help you resolve this issue.

Each request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements for a size exchange / store credit:

1. The item MUST be in brand new condition with no signs of wear

2. The authentication tag MUST still be attached

3. The sneaker box or bag must still be brand new with no damage at all

4. The return shipping fee must be covered by you the customer

 

 

Returns/Exchanges for faulty products are considered and will be dealt with, either an exchange (based on stock availability) or a refund will be provided upon receiving the returned goods.
