Everything we sell is brand new, in its original packaging, and sourced through our global network of trusted distributors. When an item arrives at our Auckland warehouse, it's matched to your order and inspected by our team. We check labels and style codes, construction and materials, logos and fonts, inner tags, and the seals and shrink-wrap on sealed trading cards, and we compare each item against verified retail references for that exact product. Our store runs on Shopify, and card details are encrypted at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna. Afterpay and Klarna let you pay in interest-free instalments. All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars with tax included.
Every NZ order is double-boxed and sent with tracked NZ Post shipping, free anywhere in New Zealand with no minimum spend. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
If the size isn't right, we offer a size exchange (subject to stock) or store credit within 7 business days of receiving your order. The item must be brand new and unworn, with the authentication tag still attached and the box or bag undamaged, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
