Buy your usual size in Supreme: tops are cut wide and boxy, so your normal size gives the intended relaxed fit. Only go one size down if you want a closer fit. Fitted New Era caps follow your head measurement, and camp caps, 6-panels and beanies come in one size.

Supreme size chart (cm)
Supreme publishes garment measurements for each season on its official sizing page. The tables below are from its Fall/Winter 2026 chart, converted from inches to centimetres. Chest is measured flat across the garment, 2.5 cm below the armhole, so double it for the full chest. Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
T-shirts (FW26 graphic tees)
| Size | S | M | L | XL | XXL |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chest, flat (cm) | 48.3 | 55.9 | 58.4 | 63.5 | 68.6 |
| Body length (cm) | 72.4 | 74.9 | 77.5 | 80.0 | 82.6 |
Supreme's chart lists the Small tee noticeably narrower than the Medium. If you're between the two, take the Medium.
Hooded sweatshirts (FW26)
| Size | S | M | L | XL | XXL |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chest, flat (cm) | 61.9 | 65.1 | 68.3 | 71.4 | 74.6 |
| Body length (cm) | 65.1 | 68.3 | 71.4 | 74.6 | 77.8 |
Source: Supreme official sizing page, Fall/Winter 2026 (supreme.com), converted from inches and rounded to one decimal place. Tee figures are from the chart Supreme shares across its FW26 graphic tees (for example the Jim Tee); hooded sweatshirt figures are from the Heart Hooded Sweatshirt. Supreme doesn't publish a separate Box Logo chart, so treat these as a guide for Box Logo pieces.
Does Supreme run big?
Supreme runs roomy rather than big. The cut is wide and boxy, so your usual size already gives a relaxed fit. Supreme's own chart shows it: a Medium hooded sweatshirt is 65 cm across the chest, about 130 cm around, but only 68 cm long. That's a wide, slightly short shape, not a long, oversized one.
Sizing guides split on what to do with that. OPUMO says Supreme pieces run large to achieve the brand's baggy fit and suggests a size down for a slimmer feel. The r/supremeclothing FAQ says to buy the size you wear in most brands and, if you're on the fence, size up. AuthenticSupreme notes that sizing varies by season and garment and recommends checking each drop's chart. The safe answer sits in the middle: buy your usual size, and only drop one if you want a closer fit and the chest measurement in the chart still works for you.

Supreme Box Logo and tee sizing
Supreme doesn't publish a separate Box Logo chart, so use the hooded sweatshirt measurements above as your guide. If you usually wear a Medium, buy a Medium in the Box Logo Hooded Sweatshirt (FW24) or the Washed Box Logo Crewneck (SS25). If you want it to sit closer to the body and not look wide, go down to a Small.
Tees are wide in the chest. Note the jump between Small and Medium on the FW26 chart: a Small is 48 cm across, while a Medium is 56 cm. If you sit between the two, the Medium is the safer choice. The Box Logo Tee (FW23) is an easy place to start.
Sizing also changes over time. The r/supremeclothing FAQ notes that Supreme tees were sized smaller before FW17, and that cut-and-sew pieces tend to fit a bit smaller than the printed tees. Older pieces, and collaborations made with partner brands, may not match the current chart, so check the season in the product name.
Supreme jacket sizing
On Supreme's FW26 chart, jackets run from about 60 to 79 cm across the chest, depending on style and size. That's as wide as, or wider than, the hooded sweatshirts, so there's room for a hoodie underneath. Buy your usual size. Only size down if you'll wear the jacket over a tee and want a closer shape. Track jackets, such as the S Logo Track Jacket (FW24), follow the same advice.
Supreme pants and shorts sizing
Supreme jeans and work pants are sold in waist sizes (30, 32, 34 and up), but the measured waist is larger than the label. On the FW26 chart, a size 32 Baggy Jean or Work Pant measures 90.2 cm around the waist. Lay a pair of jeans you own flat, measure straight across the waistband and double it, then compare.
| Label size | 30 | 32 | 34 | 36 | 38 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Baggy Jean and Work Pant waist (cm) | 85.1 | 90.2 | 95.3 | 100.3 | 105.4 |
| Baggy Jean inseam (cm) | 77.5 | 78.7 | 80.0 | 81.3 | 82.6 |
| Work Pant inseam (cm) | 74.9 | 76.2 | 77.5 | 78.7 | 80.0 |

Because the measured waist is about 9 cm (3.5 inches) bigger than the label number, one size down is worth considering if you don't want to wear a belt. If you like the loose, belted look, stay in your usual size. Shop the Baggy Jean in Dirty Indigo or the Work Pant in Black.
Sweatpants and shorts use letter sizes with an elastic waist, so buy your usual size. Supreme's FW26 sweatpant chart lists a relaxed waist of 78.1 cm for a Small and 83.2 cm for a Medium. See the Supreme x Nike Sweatpant and the Supreme x Rita Ackermann Short.
Supreme hat sizing
Supreme's fitted caps are made by New Era and sized by head circumference. Measure around your head where the sweatband sits, just above your eyebrows and ears, and match it to New Era's chart. New Era's advice if you land between sizes is to round up.
| Fitted size | Head (cm) |
|---|---|
| 7 | 55.8 |
| 7 1/8 | 56.8 |
| 7 1/4 | 57.7 |
| 7 3/8 | 58.7 |
| 7 1/2 | 59.6 |
| 7 5/8 | 60.6 |
| 7 3/4 | 61.5 |

New Era also notes that the cm on the label may not match your head measurement, so go by the tape. Fitted styles include the World Famous Box Logo New Era. Camp caps, 6-panels and beanies, like the Washed Chino Twill Camp Cap and the New Era Box Logo Beanie, come in one size.
Supreme vs Fear of God Essentials sizing
Both brands cut wide, but Essentials is more oversized, especially in tees.
- Hoodies: close. A Medium Supreme hooded sweatshirt is about 130 cm around the chest, and a Medium Essentials hoodie is about 135 cm, with a similar length. Most people wear the same size in both.
- Tees: Essentials is wider. A Medium Essentials tee is about 125 cm around the chest, against about 112 cm for a Medium Supreme tee. Many people size down in Essentials tees but should stay in their usual size in Supreme.
Essentials figures come from the chart in our Fear of God Essentials size guide, which uses a different source, so compare them as a guide, not to the centimetre.
How to measure a top you own
- Lay a tee or hoodie that fits you well flat on a table.
- Measure straight across the chest, 2.5 cm below the armholes.
- Measure the length from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
- Compare both numbers with the Supreme chart above and choose the closest size.

Supreme sizing FAQ
Does Supreme run big?
Supreme runs roomy rather than big. Tops are cut wide and boxy, so your usual size gives the intended relaxed fit. Go one size down only if you want a closer fit.
Should I size down in a Supreme Box Logo hoodie?
Only if you want it closer to the body. Your usual size gives the wide, boxy look; one size down gives a more regular fit. Supreme's FW26 chart puts a Medium hooded sweatshirt at about 65 cm across the chest and 68 cm long.
Do Supreme t-shirts run small?
No. Current Supreme tees are wide in the chest, so buy your usual size. Older tees, from before FW17, were sized smaller, so check the season if you're buying an older piece.
What size Supreme New Era should I get?
Measure around your head where the sweatband sits and match it to the New Era chart: 57.7 cm is a 7 1/4 and 58.7 cm is a 7 3/8. If you're between sizes, round up.
Is Supreme sizing the same as Fear of God Essentials?
Close in hoodies, but not in tees. A Medium hoodie measures about 130 cm around the chest in Supreme and about 135 cm in Essentials, but Essentials tees are much wider, so don't copy a sized-down Essentials tee size into Supreme.
