Do Yeezy 350s run small?

Yes. The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 runs about half a size small, and that is the consensus across sneaker marketplaces, sizing guides and owner reviews. The Primeknit upper sits close to the foot and the toe box is narrow, so your usual size tends to feel tight across the front and short at the toes.

The fix is simple: go up half a size. If you wear a US 9 in most sneakers, buy a US 9.5 in the 350 V2. That half size gives you a snug, sock-like fit without your toes touching the end.

The 350 V2 also runs smaller than most other adidas shoes, so add the half size even if you are going off your adidas size. A few people who like a very snug fit wear their true size, but that is the exception.

Yeezy 350 V2 vs V1 sizing

The two versions do not fit the same.

Yeezy 350 V1

Yeezy 350 sizing for wide or narrow feet

Wide feet

Go up a full size. The 350 V2 has a narrow toe box, and half a size up can still feel snug across the widest part of the foot. If you are a US 9 with wide feet, buy a US 10.

Narrow feet

Socks and stretch

To get your size: convert your women's size to men's (subtract one), then add half a size. Example: if you normally wear a US women's 8.5, that is a men's 7.5, so buy a men's US 8 (women's 9) in the 350 V2.

Kids' and infant sizing

The 350 V2 has also been made in kids' and infant sizes, labelled with adidas kids' sizes rather than adult sizes. From youth sizes up, adidas kids' and adult charts line up: a youth US 4 is a UK 3.5 and EU 36, the same as a men's US 4. There is far less fit data on kids' pairs, so measure the foot in centimetres and check it against the chart above.

How to measure your foot at home (in cm)

1. Put a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
2. Stand on it with your heel against the wall, wearing the socks you would normally wear.
3. Mark the tip of your longest toe (or have someone do it for you).
4. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
5. Repeat with the other foot and use the longer measurement.
6. Find that length in the foot-length column of the chart above, then go up half a size for the 350 V2.

Measure later in the day, when your feet are at their largest. If you land between two sizes, take the larger one.

Should I size up or down in Yeezy 350s?
