The Pollex is Salehe Bembury's ongoing collaboration with Crocs, and one of the most distinctive things either party has made. Its surface is moulded with a fingerprint-like topography — 'pollex' is the anatomical word for thumb — turning the Croslite foam into something sculptural. Releases are limited and sell out immediately.
This is the Citrus Milk colourway of the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Slide. It comes from the Salehe Bembury collaboration — a limited release rather than a general-line product, produced in smaller numbers and not repeated. It released on 25 May 2023. The colourway keeps it versatile day to day, sitting comfortably with everything from jeans to looser, more technical fits.
