Iconic Nike SB Releases
The Pigeon Dunk Low
The Jeff Staple Pigeon Dunk Low is one of the most iconic drops in the history of Nike SB. This colorway was based on New York City's pigeon, and these dropped in 2005. The limited release had people going crazy; it almost caused riots and made police show up with long lines that came out. The Pigeon Dunk Low is a high-priced collector's item today, with some pairs going for more than $10,000.
The What The Dunk
With the What The Dunk SB Dunk Low coming out in 2007, it was sure to use that well-known design of mashing up colors and materials of all kinds from past SB Dunk releases. This eclectic design was hugely popular and remains one of the most beloved and valuable Nike SB releases.
Jordan 4 x Nike SB Pine Green
One of the more publicized collabs to date, this one finally got the sneakerheads and skaters out there talking. Teaming up for a second time, it saw Jordan Brand and Nike SB blending one of its most classic models, the Air Jordan 4, with the skate-friendly changes only found in Nike SB's versions. The classic silhouette is brought back with a splash of the Pine Green colorway; durable materials and the extra cushioning needed for skateboarding mean that this collaboration really exemplifies both brands' innovative spirits. Released on March 20, 2023, this collaboration quickly became a must-have for collectors.
