The ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 first released in 2008 as a stability running shoe. Its layered, metallic 2000s look made it one of the most popular retro runners of recent years. The modern version mirrors the original midsole tooling with GEL cushioning while improving the fit of the layered leather and mesh upper.
The women's ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 "White Midnight" released on 5 February 2023. It features white open-cell mesh on the upper, reinforced with durable synthetic leather overlays in cream and metallic silver. Dark grey lines form the signature ASICS stripes, and ASICS branding appears on the tongue tag and sockliner. Visible Gel cushioning in the lightweight EVA midsole gives impact protection with every step. The white, silver and midnight palette suits wide-leg trousers, track pants or relaxed denim. This is a women's release sized in US women's; as a guide, women's sizes usually run 1.5 sizes larger than the equivalent men's size. Every pair is checked for authenticity before it ships, and shipping is free on every NZ order.
