The ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 first released in 2008 as a stability running shoe. Its layered, metallic 2000s look made it one of the most popular retro runners of recent years.
This ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 in Cream/Black released on 1 July 2023 and captures the 2000s running-shoe look. Polished black side stripes decorate an off-white mesh upper, reinforced with durable synthetic overlays in a gleaming metallic finish. It rides on a lightweight EVA midsole with visible Gel cushioning in the forefoot and heel, and the rubber outsole features ASICS' Trusstic System for midfoot support and stability. The mesh upper keeps it breathable for all-day wear, and the layered overlays give it the technical look the Kayano 14 is known for. The cream and black palette is easy to style with wide-leg trousers, cargos or relaxed denim. Every pair is checked for authenticity before it ships, and shipping is free on every NZ order.
